• HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

    1-2 weeks is the estimated time that one should expect to receive their package. Please take into consideration that personalizing certain items in our shop could take longer than usual so please make sure to alway purchase your items with enough wiggle room from when the item is needed. 

  • CAN I SEE A PREVIEW OF MY PERSONALIZED ITEM BEFORE IT IS MADE?

    Our shop does allow for a review of a personalized item to be seen before a purchase is made only upon request. You can do this by using our ‘contact us’ tab to inquire about a preview. Please allow 24-48 business hours to receive a response. Our shop will NOT move forward with producing your item until a form of payment and order is made. 

  • WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY PACKAGE?

    Yes! Our shop always strives to make sure that all your items are trackable. Once an order has shipped from our facility you should receive any email from us with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. If you have not received an email from us within 24 hours please use our ‘contact us’ tab to express any of your concerns. Please allow 24-48 business hours for reply. 

  • WHAT ARE THE REFUND STIPULATIONS?

    ANY personalized items are NON-REFUNDABLE. All non-personalized items have a 30 day return policy. 


    Non-personalized items eligible for refund must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. If your return is after 30 days our shop unfortunately will NOT be able to offer you a refund or exchange. 


    Approved refunds (if applicable)

    Once our shop receives your return item, you will be notified via email that your item has been received and is currently under review. 

    Please give 24-48 business hours for review. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method. Please give 7 to 10 business days for refund to fully be issued

    Our shop has a 30 day return policy. 

  • DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

    Unfortunately at this time our shop only offers shipping in the USA.

    No, all prices listed on items are only for the item. Shipping prices vary by your area.

  • WHAT ARE THE SIZING OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

    All product sizes are clearly written out on the item’s description page. 

  • HOW LARGE CAN YOU GO IN CLOTHING?

    At this time our shop is only able to produce XS-XXL clothing items due to our machine compatibility. 

  • WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVENT RECEIVED MY ORDER?

    If you have not received your item and your tracking number has updated to delivered please contact us using our ‘contact us’ tab letting us know of the issue. Please allow 1-2 business days for an update to be provided. 


  • WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

    We are an online shop with production located based in Florida. 

  • CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I HAVE ALREADY PLACED?

    You have up to 24 hours to contact us with any changes that may be needed. After 24 hours your item is already in the production stage and any changes that need to be made will not be possible. 

    Please make sure to double check spelling of names for all personalized items.
